Your responsibilities

You will be responsible for managing the day to day priorities, objectives and delivery of our software development teams. You will be line managing the development team including recruitment and 1:1 sessions and taking part in the relevant agile ceremonies. For example, React, JavaScript, TypeScript, SQL, NoSQL, C# .Net, WebAPI, WCF, WPF, Winforms, Microsoft Orleans…. As well as development activities, you’ll be working with the test, project and architecture teams to ensure issues are resolved, blockers are removed and all teams work together towards the business goals.
